The purpose for reading this book - Eating healthy over the holidays can be tough with sweets and treats typically in reach at all times. This is also a great book for anyone who struggles with emotional eating. This book is an 8 week program - we will cover weeks 1-4 during the first meeting and the remaining weeks over the second meeting (12/28).
